Precise timing adjustments are effortless with the Sewing Hook Positioner. The micrometer holds the hook steady within 0.001” of the needle while you tighten the hook.
Timing quilting machines means setting the synchronization of the needle and sewing hook. The hook must arrive at the right time in the right location to catch the thread and create a stitch. Accuracy is critical to maximize performance and reduce wear.
Timing is a straightforward process. However, it can be awkward. The biggest challenge is holding the hook in position, rotationally and front-to-back, while simultaneously tightening the setscrews.
